GUEST RELATIONS SERVICE

            CHECK IN IS AT 4PM:

We are flexible if we have no guests checking out the day of your arrival.

We will meet you at the apartment (additional charge) or at a meeting point close to the apartment (the check in office in Puerto Banus.) depending on the time of year and the arrival time.

 We are flexible on check-in hours but we charge 40€ for check-ins after 10:00PM.

CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM:

We are flexible if we do not have any guest checking in at the same day.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

           300 Euros

Your security deposit will be taken during the check in process before you are handed your apartment keys.

On check out our cleaning team will clean the apartment and they will make an inventory the same day of your departure, if everything is in order, we will refund your deposit back within 10 days after you check out.

         YOUR TRAVEL INFORMATION

If you have any flight delays please contact us on (+34 673 845 059) to let us know as your check in time will need to be altered.

If you can also call or message us one hour before your arrival (+34 673 845 059) to let us know you have landed and you’re on your way we can ensure we are ready to greet you!

Booking airport transfers with My Marbella Weekender ensures a smooth and stress free transfer.  It also helps us to keep up to date on your arrival times!

For arrivals between 10am and 10pm your key collection point will be at the ‘VACATION MARBELLA’ check in office in Puerto Banus unless stated otherwise. 

If your rental property is not ready for you on your arrival you can leave your luggage in the office and the team will let you know once the property is ready to check in!

There is a taxi rank situated across the road from the office should you need transport to your apartment. 

If you choose to book Airport Transfers with My Marbella Weekender our driver will wait outside the office for you until you have found out if your apartment is ready for check in. 

If it is you can pay your driver an extra 10 Euros to wait for you for 20 minutes to pay your security deposit and hand over the details needed to complete your check in process. 

Your driver will then take you up to your apartment to check in. 

If the property isn’t ready this is where your driver will leave you and you will need to make alternative arrangements to get to your apartment from the office when it is time for you to check in (e.g using the taxi rank opposite.)

For out of hours check in (10pm – 10am) a representative from the VM check in team will meet you at your accommodation – this will incur a fee of 40 Euros that can be paid upon check in. 

Please note – the VM office is closed on Sundays so all check ins will be at the property. 

Check out will be at 11 PM unless otherwise arranged prior to your arrival.

          PROPERTY AND COMMUNITY RULES

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Rubbish must be left in the dustbin.

Parties are not allowed in our property, if we get a call from the security of the complex or the police, we will keep your deposit.

You have to follow the rules of the complex where you are staying. Breaking any of the rules above, will affect to your refundable deposit.
