Terms & Conditions
Unless the boat party is cancelled there will be no refunds once full payment has been made. Regardless of the weather if the captain decides it is safe to sail there will be no refunds. No refunds will be provided for sea sickness or missing the boat. Please arrive to Marbella port at 11:20am at the latest - 40 minutes early to collect your tickets and check in for your activity. Meeting point is by the round about in front of the port entrance in marbella port. No booking is confirmed until payment has been made and acknowledged via email by a member of the MMW team.
