A 50% deposit will be necessary to reserve your stay  if your booking is made less than 1 year before the check in date, the final balance will be due no less than 6 weeks prior to the check in date . If your booking is made more than 1 year before the check in date you may be able to pay 25% to reserve the dates, another 25% one year prior to the check in date and the final 50% no less than 6 weeks before the check in date. Each villa will allow for one additional bed to be added to each bedroom (sleeping 3 max per room) this will be charged at the time of booking and paid for alongside the final 50% payment 6 weeks before the check in date.
