Villa XIV has 6 spacious bedrooms and a great outdoor pool area along with 6 bathrooms and a sizeable living room and kitchen area great for entertaining!
This villa is perfect for groups as it has large bedrooms, its own private pool and BBQ area and lots of bathroom and mirror space.
This villa also has a garden which can be linked to the villa next door should you wish, which is perfect if you are a big group that needs 2 or 3 villas!
You are also only a 5 minute walk from the beach and less than 2 minutes in a taxi to most of the main beach clubs and pool parties and the marina and nightlife!
With some of our villas it is possible to add a couple of extra beds if your party consists of more than 12 guests (this villa can sleep a maximum of 18 people) at a cost of 50 Euros per additional person per night. Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit will be necessary to reserve your stay if your booking is made less than 1 year before the check in date, the final balance will be due no less than 6 weeks prior to the check in date. If your booking is made more than 1 year before the check in date you may be able to pay 25% to reserve the dates, another 25% one year prior to the check in date and the final 50% no less than 6 weeks before the check in date. Each villa will allow for one additional bed to be added to each bedroom (sleeping 3 max per room) this will be charged at the time of booking and paid for alongside the final 50% payment 6 weeks before the check in date.
