| TRANSFERS TO AND FROM YOUR VILLA Why you should let us arrange your Private Mercedes Minibus Transfers: Our drivers meet your group directly outside the arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name on. Our vehicles have more than enough room for all luggage. All of our vehicles have air conditioning. Our drivers take the toll road which saves 20 minutes on the usual airport transfer time. Our drivers are reliable and on time and know exactly where to drop you off and pick you up. You don’t have to hang around trying to get taxis or public transport. | CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES Please ask your driver to drop you off at the following address to check in. If you are hiring a car and need parking please let us know in advance so we can include the electric gate fob in the key exchange. Villa 10, Urb. Las Lagunas, Calle Salvador Dali, Atalaya Rio Verde, Marbella 29660 Check In: 4 PM Your check in assistant will meet you at the villa entrance to hand over the keys for your stay. They will explain how to use the air conditioning, the wifi password, and the check out process. If you do have any problems during your stay you can contact a member of our team on +34 652 44 11 12 (MARINA) Or GIAN LUIGI (+34 647 53 28 78) both speak good English and will be able to help you with any issues. Please state that you are staying in Las Lagunas Villa Number 10. Check Out: 11AM Please ensure all air conditioning and electrical items are off and doors and windows are closed. Lock the front door of the property and ensure someone is holding the gate to the complex to let you out. Place the keys in the letterbox on the wall to the left hand side of the door on the white pillar (the cleaners will collect the keys). You will be locked in the complex if the manual door closes and you don´t have keys so it is important that the door is kept open for you to leave once you have placed the keys in the box. SECURITY DEPOSIT 500 Euros If you paid via My Marbella Weekender your security deposit will need to be paid via paypal and held in paypal until after your departure. We will need the deposit no less than one week prior to arrival. You May Request Any Of The Following Extras In Addition To Your Villa Hire … Additional Beds: 50 Euros Per Bed Per Night (2 Maximum) Early Check In Fee: 150 Euros Late Check Out Fee: 150 Euros |
| VILLA FACILITIES All Villas have enough towels for each member of your party. These towels will not be replaced during your stay unless stated or requested and a charge may apply. All villas have pool access to 2 x shared pools situated inside the complex. All villas have wifi This villa has hair dryers This villa has 1 x Iron & 1 x Ironing board This villa has 10 x sunbeds within the villa ( 3 on the top bedroom balcony, 3 on the roof terrace and 4 spare sunbeds in the storage space on the bottom floor. (Please note the pool area does not have its own sunbeds, if you do wish to take your sunbeds out to the pool please ensure they are brought back into the house after use as any damage or loss of sunbeds will result in a deduction from your damage deposit. This villa has a Gas BBQ and gas is provided. | PROPERTY AND COMMUNITY RULES We kindly ask all guests: * PLEASE do not use the outside terraces / spaces after 10pm at night or before 9 am in the morning to drink or play music. If we get a noise complaint from the neighbours and the police are called they will give an on the spot fine so please try to keep the noise down – especially when coming in from nights out. Any noise complaints could affect in your damage deposit being retained. * PLEASE do not take any glass whatsoever to the pool area – if anything is smashed the pool has to be drained and it is very dangerous for the children living in the complex.If you do use the pool area please only use plastic cups for drinks – please do not smoke by the pool area or leave cigarette butts around & please do not eat by the pool. * Please do not smoke inside the house. * If you use the sun beds situated at the back of the house around the pool please bring them back to the house when you have finished using them and stack them back up or the gardener will proceed to remove them. * Please place your rubbish in the bins outside the complex to the left hand side – please do not leave any rubbish next to the bins. * Please do not hand clothes / towels off the balcony walls – there are 2 x clothes horses on the roof terrace if you need to use these to dry any clothing during your stay. * Please do not soil towels with make up / tan / place them on the floor or take them to the pool with you as stained towels will be charged at the end of your stay. * Please do not climb over the complex walls or gates – if these are damages they are very expensive to replace and will be taken from your damage deposit. * Please respect the community and the people living in it during your stay Thank you for taking note and we look forward to having you stay with us 🙂 |
