TRANSFERS TO AND FROM YOUR VILLA

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES 

Please ask your driver to drop you off at the following address to check in.

Check In: 4 PM 

Your check in assistant will meet you at the villa entrance to hand over the keys for your stay and take your damage deposit.

They will explain how to use the air conditioning, the wifi password, and the check out process.

Check Out: 11AM

Please ensure all air conditioning and electrical items are off and doors and windows are closed. 

Your check in guide SOL will meet you at the property to check you out and return your damage deposit after the damage inspection has been completed. Please allow 30 minutes before your transfer arrives to complete this process. 

Should you need to check out earlier please let us know prior to your check in. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

750 Euros OR 600 GBP 

Your security deposit will be charged via Air B and B if there are any problems upon check out. 

If you paid via My Marbella Weekender your security deposit will need to be paid in cash on arrival using either of the currencies above. 

Your damage deposit will be returned pending a damage check upon check out. 

You May Request Any Of The Following Extras In Addition To Your Villa Hire … 

• Early Check In Fee:  100 Euros

• Late Check Out Fee:  100 Euros 

You will only be able to arrange this prior to the date of your check in and only if there are no clients checking in or out on the day you arrive/depart. 

Keys

3 sets of keys are provided. The green key is for the gate at the entrance to the property, the big one is to the front door of the villa and the blue key is for the kitchen door. In addition, in a draw close to the kitchen door you will find labelled keys for the Annex (2), lounge door, downstairs bedroom and back gate. Please keep the labelled keys in the house.

VILLA FACILITIES 

• The villa has enough towels for each member of your party. These towels will not be replaced during your stay unless stated or requested and a charge may apply.

• The Villa has a private pool 

• The Villa has wifi

• This villa has 10 x sunbeds 

• With lots of access to outdoors, the house can be kept cool by opening the doors and windows (especially morning and evening) allowing the sea breeze to circulate. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in hot weather and for heating in cold weather. Press the START/STOP button to operate. The + and – buttons are used to regulate the temperature. There are independently operated units in each room and have sensors so will turn on when entering a room and go off after time. Please keep the doors and windows closed when the air conditioning or heating are switched on. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

PROPERTY AND COMMUNITY RULES 

We kindly ask all guests:

•  PLEASE do not take any glass whatsoever to the pool area – if anything is smashed the pool has to be drained and it is very dangerous if we are not made aware of any breakages. 

• Please only use plastic cups for drinks around the pool for safety. 

• Please do not smoke inside the house. 

• If it looks like it might rain, please put the outdoor furniture cushions under the terrace so they will be dry when you want to use them again.

• 
 Please do not soil the bath  towels with make up / tan / place them on the floor or take them to the pool with you as stained towels will be charged at the end of your stay. Towels for the pool and beach are provided. 

•  Please respect the people living around you during your stay and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm and before 9am 

• Please dispose of toilet paper only, into the toilets and use the bins provided to dispose of baby wipes, makeup removal pads, tampons etc. as these will block the system and cause flooding.

• There is no collection of rubbish from the property but large communal bins for rubbish disposal are provided by the roadside. At the house the bin in the kitchen is for household garbage. The closest bins for household and recyclable rubbish are located at the end of road to the right. There is a bottle bank just before La Sala restaurant, at the end of our road. Please remove all rubbish and bottles etc. before departure.
